Course Description

Digital signal processing (DSP) refers to various techniques for improving the accuracy and reliability of digital

communications. The theory behind DSP is quite complex. Basically, DSP works by clarifying, or standardizing, the levels

or states of a digital signal.

Course Outcomes

  • Enhance digital communication systems using advanced digital signal processing techniques for noise reduction and signal clarity
  • Apply filtering, modulation, and demodulation methods to optimize data transmission and reception
  • Analyze digital signals to improve accuracy, reliability, and error correction in communication networks
  • Implement DSP algorithms to troubleshoot and improve real-world digital communication systems
