We do not store full financial information—payments are processed by third-party providers.
Refund availability depends on the type of purchase.
Curiasity may offer refunds or account credits based on internal policies and applicable laws.
We may decline refund requests in cases of:
Abuse of refund policies
Excessive content consumption before requesting a refund
Fraudulent activity
By using Curiasity, you agree that you will not:
Break any applicable laws
Post abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content
Infringe intellectual property rights
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
Harass instructors or other learners
We may remove content, restrict features, or disable accounts that violate these guidelines.
Content you submit (reviews, comments, discussion posts) must be your own and must not contain personal or sensitive data unless necessary.
By posting content (reviews, discussions, assignments, etc.), you grant Curiasity a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:
Display your content
Store and reproduce it on our platform
Use it to maintain and improve our Services
We will not sell your personal content or use it outside the platform without consent.
Curiasity hosts content created by instructors or contributors. We do not guarantee:
Accuracy or reliability of course content
Skill outcomes or learning results
Availability of specific content
Some learning activities may involve risks (e.g., fitness, personal development). You voluntarily assume any such risks.
We are not liable for interactions between users and instructors.
Copy or reverse-engineer our systems
Misuse our APIs
Use our trademarks without permission
Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Curiasity without obligation or compensation.
If you join a subscription plan:
Access is limited to the duration of your paid period
Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund past payments
Content availability may change over time
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraud or misuse
Cause harm to the platform or community
You may terminate your account at any time through your settings.

Error-free content
That the platform will meet your expectations
To the extent permitted by law, Curiasity is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of data or profits.
The amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or
$100 USD (or equivalent)
Some regions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
